Oman Paints Solvent-Based Bitumen Primer is a quick-drying, low-viscosity bitumen primer. It is used as a primer coat on monolithic and concrete substrates to improve the adhesion of bitumen-based membranes and coatings. The primer also acts as a barrier for dust particles that accumulate on concrete surfaces even after cleaning.
Oman Paints Solvent-Based Bitumen Primer is used as a primer coat for roof coverings, waterproofing membranes, and coatings.
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned of all contaminants, such as dust, oil, grease, and loose particles. All surface imperfections, such as cracks and holes, must be repaired with suitable mortar or concrete repair materials. The surface must be dry before priming.

Oman Paints Solvent-Based Bitumen Primer contains volatile solvents with a low flashpoint. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Avoid inhalation of vapors and contact with skin. Wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing. Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
